  • Mike has served as president of the Washington Realtors (2004)and as a regional Vice-president of the National Association of Realtors (2008). He was one of the principal architects of the Realtor’s Quality Of Life Program, an advocacy program based in policy, politics and public opinion aimed at better and sustainable community development.

    Mike has presented the Quality Of Life program across America and Canada. He chaired NAR’s Smart Growth Program Advisory while it developed the all new NAR Smart Growth Class and is a certified instructor for that class.

    Mike Flynn’s background includes 23 years in residential real estate sales and investment counseling (multi-family investment practice). His is a counseling practice, unusual in today’s world. Mike helps Clients figure out what they want to do and then develops plans that produce terrific results.

    Mike also has 9 years experience in commercial site acquisition, development and project management (specializing in movie theaters here and in the U.K.).

    In the civic arena, Mike served a four-year appointment to the Puget Sound Regional Council Transportation Policy Board and currently serves on the PSRC Growth Management Policy Board. He chaired the Transfer of Development Rights Policy Advisory Committee under WA DCTED. Mike also served three years as Trustee for the Washington Center for Real Estate Research.

 
   Bill Riss

  • As the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Landover Corporation, the holding company of Coldwell Banker Bain and Coldwell Banker Seal, Bill is responsible for the leadership and direction of CB Bain | Seal. With a robust background in mortgage and commercial banking, land development, new construction and brokerage management, Bill is respected as one of the most knowledgeable and resourceful real estate executives in the Pacific Northwest.

    Bill began his career in banking and mortgage lending whereby he was responsible for launching the mortgage group for Bank of the West. He then became a land developer and builder prior to leading the real estate operations of Overlake Realty.

    In 1982, Bill joined William A. Bain Associates as manager of the Bellevue office and was soon promoted to President and General Manager. He later completed the buyout of Bain Associates, the acquisition of Company Real Estate Coldwell Banker, and the subsequent buyout of Prudential Preferred NW.

    In 2000, Bill acquired eight offices in Portland through the purchase of Coldwell Banker Barbara Sue Seal Properties from Coldwell Banker National. In 2005, he acquired five more offices in the Tacoma area through the buyout of Hawkins Poe Realty. After the recent acquisitions of Century 21 and Coldwell Banker franchises, CB Bain | Seal now spans 30 offices from Bellingham, Washington, to Canby, Oregon.

    Bill graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He enjoys fishing, golf and soccer.

  • Mike Grady is President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal, whereby he is responsible for all company operations. In addition to his executive management responsibilities, he serves as the relationship manager between the company and its partners: Rainier Title, Escrow Professionals of Washington, Columbia Title, Landover Mortgage and American Home Shield.

    Mike has a long history in the residential real estate industry. He began his career at Clarkson & Company, later known as Duvall Realty and purchased by the owner of Coldwell Banker Bain, Bill Riss, in 1995. In 1998, Mike was appointed president of Coldwell Banker Bain and was named President and Chief Operating Officer of the combined Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal in 2009.

    Mike is an active member of the Council of Real Estate Broker Managers and former Chair of the Northwest Multiple MLS, where he served on the board for 23 years.

    In his leisure time, Mike enjoys golf, is an avid reader and is active in his church. He also plays the rhythm guitar, occasionally performing with other Coldwell Banker musicians in the Bain Broker Blues Band. Having grown up in the Puget Sound area, he is a native Washingtonian. Mike and his wife, Linda, have one daughter, Allison.

 

Suzanne Mueller

  • Suzanne Mueller is currently Chief Marketing Officer for Coldwell Banker Bain and Coldwell Banker Seal (CB Bain | Seal). The company is perennially one of the top two Coldwell Banker affiliates in the world and is number one in the West.

    Prior to joining CB Bain | Seal, she was vice president general manager of RyanPartnership's Chicago office, working with corporate clients such as LexisNexis, Unilever and SC Johnson.

    Previously, Mueller was employed by Frankel (now Arc Chicago, WorldWide) as vice president, director of client services, working with Visa, United Airlines, Southern California Edison, United Distillers and Vintners and Frito Lay. Her team was awarded a Super Reggie, the top award given out by the Promotion Marketing Association, for Visa’s “Read Me A Story” program.

    Mueller is a board member of Marketing Communications Executives International and a founder of Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Star Guild. The Guild has grown to more than 75 members and has raised more than $1,000,000 for the hospital.

    Mueller has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

 

Dennis Holland

  • Dennis Holland was appointed the Chief Information Officer for Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal in 2010. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s information technology and networking infrastructure.

    Dennis began his career with CB Bain in 1998 as a Systems Administrator. Prior to joining the team, he spent four years with the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division, whereby he was designated runner-up Soldier of the Year. He later managed the information networks of the Portland and Seattle branches for DPI Specialty Foods, and was a Manufacturer Representative for Hewitt Brand from 1996 to 1998.

    Dennis and his wife, Anne, have three children, ages 13, 15 and 17. He enjoys running marathons and successfully completed his first ultra marathon in 2012. Dennis reads at least 40 nonfiction books per year.

Kim Gray

  • Kim Gray is currently the Director of Human Resources for Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the full scope of Human Resource strategic and tactical functions for all branches in Washington and Oregon, Rainier Title, and Escrow Professionals. She is pivotal in directing employee relations, human resource policies, and managing training development.

    Before joining Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal, Kim served as Director of Human Resources for SolutionsIQ until 2007. She then functioned as Vice President of Human Resources and Operations and also as a Senior Consultant for Metatech until 2011. Kim loves travelling to exotic locations and is an avid reader.

 

Kim Hart

  • Kim Hart serves as Vice President of Corporate Business Development for Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal. In this capacity, she oversees the Global Services Division and directs business development functions. With dedication to quality, ethics and service, Kim creates corporate initiatives, identifies new revenue streams and develops strategic corporate alliances for the company.

    Kim began her career in Portland as a licensed real estate broker, shortly after relocating from the Midwest. She joined the Coldwell Banker Seal team in 1990 as Relocation and REO Asset Manager and was subsequently promoted to the position of Relocation Director for the Portland region. In 2007, Kim became Regional Vice President for both Oregon and Washington. She obtained her Principal Broker's License from the states of Oregon and Washington and is a proud member of ERC, RDC, NAR, PNWRC and PRC.

    Kim loves to sail with her friends and family, play golf, listen to the blues, read and spend time with her grandchildren.

 

Leslie Colantuono

  • Leslie Colantuono currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and oversees the Accounting operations for both Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal and Rainier Title.

    Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal as the Controller in 2005, Leslie worked in various professional services industries, both domestic and international. Her primary responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, cash management, and administrative support.

    Leslie uses technology to streamline accounting processes and create strong internal controls. Her cumulative experience in accounting, system conversions, process improvements and staff management allows Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful financial information to its customers.

    Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Northwest Nazarene University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Washington State. She enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

 

Linda Aaron

  • Linda Aaron serves as the Training Director and Operations Coordinator for Coldwell Banker Bain | Seal.

    As the Training Director, Linda is focused on training for staff as well as the broker education program. Linda’s personal area of expertise is writing and teaching classes for computers, technology, social media and online marketing. In tandem with our Principal Managing Broker group, we offer a comprehensive training program which includes: FastStart, Real Estate Fundamentals, Real Estate Practices, Real Estate Law and a robust continuing education course catalog.

    In her role as Operations Coordinator, she works with our corporate departments and branch staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively within the company’s operating systems and procedures.

    Linda is also an avid photographer. When she isn’t working she enjoys traveling and seeking new landscapes and subjects to capture with her lens. Of course, living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest offers many photographic opportunities.
